- Prof. Hosea Lupambo Chishala – Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Oversees the overall strategic direction and leadership of the institution.

- Dr. Rabecca Nakazwe – Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Provides administrative leadership and guidance across the university’s departments and units.

- Dr. Neroh Mwanapabu – Chief Operations Officer (COO) Oversees day-to-day operations and ensures effective implementation of academic and administrative programmes.

- Prof. Malvern Kanyati – Vice-Chancellor Provides academic leadership and represents the institution both locally and internationally.

- Counsel Kamiza Mbewe – Deputy Vice-Chancellor I (DVC I) Works closely with the Vice-Chancellor to support the university’s academic and administrative functions.
